You will experience my unique blend of therapeutic arts (drawing, creative writing, collage) and NLP tools (reframing, storytelling) that has been extensively tried and tested over the last two decades.
But what makes this package really special is that it includes 1-1 sessions for mum AND 1-2 (or more) sessions for mother and child/children, and a personalised monthly programme of activities for the whole family to enjoy at home. It also includes Monday-Friday e-mail or text support, beautiful workbooks and a stunning creative care plan that you can refer back to again and again as your child grows.

Hi, I'm Shonie Short
I’m a professional artist, accredited NLP practitioner and a certified and registered therapeutic arts coach.
For the last two decades I have been leading art workshops in health, care and community settings, including hospitals, domestic violence refuges and homelessness shelters. I've worked with survivors of abuse and addiction, refugees and asylum seekers, children who have been removed from their families and women in the justice system, and time and time again I have witnessed the extraordinary healing power of art.
So much so that I have been using the same therapeutic art and NLP storytelling techniques with my own son to relieve his anxiety since he was four years old. He's now a confident twelve year old - but whenever he does feel worried or stressed he's able to use the tools we’ve developed together to manage his emotions so they no longer overwhelm him.
